Quickie Lunch

Boil up some noodles. I used Ramen, they take 4 minutes in boiling water.
Toast some sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden.
Chop some green onion
Make a dressing with –
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Palm Sugar
Drain noodles & toss it all together with dressing & sesame seeds. Top with some dried shallots for extra crunch

Time: 5 minutes

OH MY YUM!
